BOOKING A ROOM:

Ferrari North America has negotiated a discounted rate for attendees of the Dealer Annual Meeting.  Rooms are available at a nightly rate of $649.00 + 13% tax, plus $45.00 resort charge, totaling $1,568.44.  The two-night minimum discounted rate will be available until Thursday, December 12, or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. Once the room block is full or after the cutoff date, the hotel will accommodate reservation requests as they are able to based on rates and availability at the time of the request.

The number of rooms is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Once you have completed your event registration, you will be prompted to book a hotel room.  If you have already registered but did not book a room, you can do so via one of the following methods:

Please arrange your travel accordingly and plan to join us at the "Celebration Under the Stars" at The Breakers Hotel on January 24 for the very special North American premier of the Ferrari F80. 

MISCELLANEOUS HOTEL INFORMATION:

The resort charge includes the following amenities:

• Access to the amenities and activity programming of The Boca Raton Club
• In-room minibar with water, sodas, beer, and snacks
• Water taxi service and ground shuttles between Harborside and Beachside
• Bike rentals
• Reusable stainless steel water bottle to refill throughout your stay and to take home
• High-speed wireless guestroom internet
• Porterage and Housekeeping gratuities

Check-in time is 4:00 P.M.; check-out time is 11:00 A.M.  Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel will gladly store baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

If I have registered, do I still need to book a hotel room?

• YES! Please make certain you have booked a hotel for your stay within our block at the Cloister at The Boca Raton. Please visit the 'LOCATION & HOTEL' page for more information. 

Will transportation to the hotel be provided for attendees?

• Attendees will be on their own for transportation between the airport and hotel.
• Transportation between Cloister at The Boca Raton and The Breakers for the Friday, January 24 event will be provided by Ferrari North America.

If I am flying in for the event, where should I fly to? 

• The City of Boca Raton is conveniently located in between two major airports, Palm Beach County International Airport and Ft. Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport. In addition, the Boca Raton Airport offers a customs facility that welcomes travelers from all over the world.  Miami International Airport is also an option for other flight schedules, but is approximately 45 mins away from the hotel, pending traffic.

Is parking available at Cloister at The Boca Raton? 

• Valet parking is available at the hotel at a rate of $55.00 plus tax for overnight and $35.00 for daytime parking.

If I am not renting a car, what are my options for getting to the event?

• Rideshare (Uber / Lyft) and taxis are prevalent in Boca Raton. Upon arrival at the airport, please follow signage to “Ground Transportation and Rideshare”, and request a driver via your preferred transportation method.
• The hotel provides courtesy rides within a two-mile radius of the resort for registered guests. Service is offered based on availability at the time service is needed between the hours of 8:00 am – 8:30 pm daily. Inquiries may be made in person at the Discovery Center in the lobby at Cloister.

What is the weather typically like in Boca Raton in January?

• Daily high temperatures are around 75°F, rarely falling below 66°F or exceeding 81°F.  We advise you to check the region's weather forecast prior to travel and pack accordingly; a jacket and layers are recommended.

Are dining and entertainment available near the The Boca Raton?

• Prior to the Dealer Annual Meeting, Ferrari North America invites you to attend our welcome reception from 6:00 - 9:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 23, where beverages and food will be available.
• Breakfast and lunch will be offered to all attendees during the meeting hours on Friday, January 24.
• There are several high-end restaurants and shopping outlets located a short distance from the hotel. You can also stop by the hotel concierge and they can provide additional local recommendations.  When venturing out at night, rideshare or taxis are recommended.
